Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your email boxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
